Behind Groom, there is me, Maylis Moulin.
My career has been built in Paris, in demanding environments combining event planning, sales, and project management, notably within groups such as Air France and Sodexo. For several years, I led large-scale projects, coordinated numerous teams, and thrived in contexts where everything hinges on anticipation, precision, and the ability to manage the unexpected calmly and effectively.
I developed a strong sense of discipline, organization, and attention to detail there, which now guide each of my actions.
After several years and many trips, I made the choice to settle in the Var, with the desire to return to the essentials and to put down roots in an inspiring environment.
I have always been sensitive to places — to their balance, their atmosphere, their uniqueness. To what is not always immediately visible, but which makes all the difference. Aesthetics, harmony, attention to detail.
Groom was born from this encounter between high standards and sensitivity.
